How can I track the status of my order?
Once the order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation with the shipping details and a track and trace code to track your order.

How can I cancel or change an order? Unfortunately, it is not possible to cancel or change an order via the webshop after it has been placed. Contact us by e-mail or telephone about the possibilities. Otherwise, you can make use of our 30-day cooling-off period.
