Are the received item(s) unfortunately not to your liking? That is of course no problem for us. Then you can submit your article(s)  return when necessary. 

Hen Sportsgear uses a cooling-off period of 30 days. You can return all items free of charge within 30 days of receipt, under certain conditions.

Then send an email to  info@hensport.com . Please also state the order number and the reason for return in this e-mail. We will send you a return label. After returning your package, you will receive the amount paid back to your account as soon as possible (within 14 days at the latest). If you have not received a refund after 14 days, please contact us via info@hensport.com.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to exchange for another product. To receive the desired item, you can place a new order and return the other one to us free of charge.
