Hen Sportsgear offers a 30-day cooling-off period. You can return all items free of charge within 30 days of receipt, subject to certain conditions.

Please send an email to info@hensport.com. In this email, please also state the order number and the reason for the return. We will send you a return label. After returning your package, you will receive a refund to your account as soon as possible (within 14 days at the latest). If you have not received a refund after 14 days, please contact us at info@hensport.com.

EXCHANGES

Unfortunately, it is not possible to exchange an item for another product. To receive the desired item, you can place a new order and return the other item to us free of charge.
